The 2nd Lok Sahaita Marathon is bigger, bolder, and officially world class. Following the overwhelming success of our first edition, Lok Sahaita is proud to announce that our marathon course is now AIMS World Athletics certified recognized globally for its accuracy and professionalism.
This prestigious certification marks a historic milestone for our region and ensures that all runners National and international participate on a course that meets the highest international standards.
Course Details.
The full marathon will start and finish at IBA Public School Sukkur, guiding runners along a professionally measured and AIMS-certified route that captures the natural and cultural essence of Sindh. As athletes head toward Khairpur and back, they will pass the iconic Sukkur Barrage, enjoy breathtaking views of the mighty Indus River, and run alongside lush banana plantations, vast date palm farms, and the fertile green landscapes that define this historic and vibrant Sindh region.
For women, a dedicated 10K certified run from IBA Public School to the Sukkur Barrage Museum and back celebrates empowerment and equal representation.
